Meet the Team
Alex Janetzke
She is the bakery owner and Executive Chef. Alex developed a love for baking at a very young age. She used to help in the kitchen any chance she could get. Alex continued to pursue her passions; as she got older, she created made-to-order baked goods for friends and family.
Barbara Janetzke
She is the Sous Chef of the kitchen. Barbara started her baking career at a young age by making her siblings birthday cakes at age 8. She sold her cakes to family and friends, to begin with. Barbara brings her many years of experience to the bakery.
Steven Walker
He is the head of the administration team. Steven is an invaluable member of the team because he helps work behind the scene to make the company efficient. He also helps bring new customers every day through smart marketing techniques.
Hailey McNall
She is the head pastry chef here at the bakery. Hailey brings positive energy and excitement that allows the customers to feel welcome when they come in. She is also an essential piece of the kitchen, helping with all the preparations and decorations for the baked goods.
